Like They Walk on the Moon plot

What do you get when you merge a concert film with a documentary about the wonders of the sea and a new interpretation of the classic Moby Dick? Fireworks! Captain Ahab on duty is Wim Opbrouck, his white whale is the 'Poco Adagio' from Symphony No. 3 by Camille Saint-Saëns. The West Flemish actor, musician and theatre maker wants to have this organ symphony by Brussels Philharmonic performed... at sea. The stage will be the sandbank off the coast of Koksijde, which rises above water for an hour during the autumn and spring equinox. In the background, the windmills hum and the bitter North Sea wind rages. Will Opbrouck and his musicians succeed in their plan? Or will the orchestra continue to play while their Titanic slowly but surely sinks?
